VR Petits Monts 2017

The 2017 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Petits Monts displays a beautiful bouquet of sweet wild berries, candied peel and violets, complemented by deeper bass notes of raw cocoa and rich soil tones. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, pure and layered, with satiny tannins, a bright line of animating acidity and a long, vibrant finish. (WK, 1/2019)
