Pillot's 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet Village is terrific, mingling notes of crisp stone fruit and pear with scents of iodine, smoke and reduction. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and vibrant, it's a characterful, rather old-school white Burgundy that will delight purists. (WK, 1/2023)
