Scharzhofberger Pergentsknopp GG 2018

Typical balsamic and radiant fresh citrus fragrance, very pure. On the palate it has a vibrant mineral and silky texture, quite relaxed and round, ripe but with supporting acidity. A very profound wine, with perceptible minerality and a savoury slate descent on the finish.
